How do we book Red Letter Society?
Start with the booking form — date (or a window), location, event type, and rough headcount get us moving fastest. We typically reply within two working days.
Do you travel outside Virginia?
Yes. Virginia is home and our churches come first on the calendar, but we regularly serve conferences, camps, and churches beyond it. Ask — the worst we can say is “not that weekend.”
Can our church sing your songs?
Please do — that’s the whole point. They’re written for congregations, not just for records. Reach out about charts, keys, and licensing details and we’ll get you set up properly.
Where do we find chord charts and stems?
The Resources page has the full song library. If a chart isn’t posted yet, hit “Request chart” on the song and we’ll send it directly while the library fills out.
What does the Cohort cost?
We work hard to keep it within reach of volunteer leaders and small-church staff. Apply first — we’ll talk specifics in the conversation that follows, and money is never the reason someone misses a seat.
Can we get your press kit?
Yes — press photos, bio, and logos are available on request. Email us and we’ll send the folder.
