The Red Letter Cohort

Worship leaders aren’t made alone.

A season of formation with the Society — theology, songwriting, and the craft of leading a room, walked out with people who’ve been there. Applications are open now.

Who it’s for

For the leader who is done winging it.

Maybe you lead every Sunday and nobody has ever taught you why. Maybe you write songs no one has helped you finish. Maybe you’re the youngest person on your team and the weight is heavier than anyone knows. The cohort is for worship leaders — new or seasoned, staff or volunteer — who want their roots deeper than their platform.

What a season holds

Four things we’ll build together.

01

Formation

Theology before technique. What you believe about God will leak into every set list you ever write — we start there.

02

Craft

Songwriting, arranging, and the musical decisions that help a congregation actually sing — workshopped on real songs, including yours.

03

Reps

Lead in real rooms with honest feedback after — the kind that is hard to get on a Sunday and impossible to get alone.

04

Community

A table of people who carry the same weight you do. Worship leaders aren’t made alone; they’re made together.
